Droid Bionic stuck in boot loop

My Droid Bionic is eating a big bowl of boot loops and i cant get out of it. im rooted and was trying to restore my phone as i had installed android 4.0.3. and during the process i accidentally removed safestrap and im stuck in the boot cycle. it shows the bionic boot logo then goes back to where it says : Droid" and then it repeats. i cant boot into recovery either. is there any hope?

Download the newest 902 or 904 fxz file. Should be on Droid life. Search Google. Flash it with RSD lite 5.6. You will then be back on stock. Re root. Good to go

ive downloaded the files now and installed RSD lite. do i put my phone into SBF flash mode?

Yes. did you install the newest Motorola USB divers already?
