Sprint HTC Evo 4G Stuck on Boot Loop!?

Hi! I've never tried to hack my phone or do anything like that. I Simply wanted to restart my phone and it got stuck in a boot loop! T^T Any idea how to get it fixed? or will i have to call sprint. I Dont want to do a factory reset.:-X

Did you try a fastboot? Here are some instructions, if that doesn't work, you might have to reset. If you call your carrier it is what they are going to make you do to eliminate it as a software problem. If you aren't ready to take the plunge and do a reset, you can always wait and hope someone else comes along to help. That is if the fastboot didn't help.
