How do I change the tone that plays when my device starts charging?

I just got a Galaxy S4 and am trying to customize everything I can, but I can't figure out this one thing at the moment. When I plug the charger into my phone, a short tone plays. How can I replace that tone with one of my choosing? Right now, the file I want to use is a midi file but I could change it to another format if I need to.

Most of those tones are located in the system. The boot sound, for example, would require a change in the kernel and is not as simple as changing the tone via a setting.

You can do it, just requires rooting and knowledge of modifying the boot animation. Something too technical for me. You might want to visit the S4 hacking forums for your model.
