WiFi "Authentication problem"

Hello, just got this today and i have been trying to get online with it.... 7'' Dual Core Dual Camera 8GB Google Android 4.2 Jelly bean Tablet PC Wifi everytime i try and get on it keeps telling me authentication problem. i have tried everything. i dont know what to do.. please help!!!!:'(

i tried airplane mode, i tried to switch the WPA-PSK + WPA2-PSK, i tried putting the ip in. nothing is working. and i been looking on the net all day.

Tell it to connect to YOUR wifi signal. (It's yours, so you should know the name.) It will ask for the password if your signal is password protected. Put in the password and it should connect.
