Galaxy S4 comma key is gone! please help!!

so ive been using my Galaxy S4 standard keyboard when im texting, and i use the comma key (to the left of the space bar) quite regularly. the other day i held the key and some icons popped up for settings and other icons... well i clicked on the cog (which represents settings) and now i cant get the comma back on that key. so whenever i want to use a comma, i have to switch the keyboard to the page of punctuation and select comma which takes way more time than necessary.

please can someone help me get the comma back on that convenient key??

Welcome to Android Central! What happens when you long-press that same key again? Does it only take you to Settings?

yes it just brings up the same settings icons.. even tried resetting the keyboard settings.. all that seemed to do was erase all of the words that i use often that it logs for autocorrects...

Sorry, I don't have an S4, so I can't troubleshoot directly. But are there any other keys that have a "..." in their corner? Try long pressing those, and see if they give you any other options.

no the only keys that have punctuation are the two beside the space bar..
