I disabled my Notification LED ! now I cant find it in any of the settings to put back on! How can I get it working again?

I disabled my Notification LED ! now I cant find it in any of the settings to put back on!

I talked to someone at LG and they had no clue,I tried factory default as well , not sure if that was done right
