galaxy centura tracfone won't let me make calls or text-says I have no 3g.
Worked fine till 2 days ago.Can't call or text.Turned phone off and on,took battery out,called tracfone(no help).It may have a few bars in 3G but they last for like 3 seconds then nothing! It was never dropped and was never wet.Battery also drains rapidly (while turned off and not in use) so tried my husbands battery (same phone) which did not help so it is not the battery.I have had phone for only 2 months and only use it to call or text- no apps are on my phone at all and have not used for internet either.
