Why are all incoming calls showing as unknown?

All incoming calls showing as "unknown"

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, updated to the latest patch.

I did a factory reset on last week (long story), and now all calls show as "Unknown", even if I have that contact saved. I'm guessing my Contacts and my Phone app aren't "talking" to each other like they should, but I'm not sure how to solve it. I'm not super tech savvy , but I am very good at following directions.

It's still happening.
