Please give me solution for how to remove permanently unwanted apps which automatically install in my device where as i uninstall every day 2 or 3 times after uninstall automatically reinstall the apps when I restart my mobile and its making my mobile very slow. Model No. HTC 616

First, open Play, go to Settings and uncheck the box to automatically update apps.

Then run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and a good antivirus app (I use Avast Mobile Security & Antivirus) - not at the same time or your phone will make a dead snail look fast.

It actually sounds as if you have some malware or virus that keeps installing those apps.
