Have you just updated to the new Google Photos app? That might explain the loss of the gallery app.

There are gallery apps in the Play Store, should you wish to download one.

The LG Tribute doesn't come with a stock Gallery app, from what I've heard. I believe you have to use the Google Photos app, or as belodion said, you can download a gallery app from the Play Store.
