why can't i get rid of gmail help forum

I am getting email from gmail help forum all day long and I don't really need or want them.I like to have it discontinue it but can't seem to be able to find the way to do it.Any help would be great!

Should say how to unsubscribe from the notification in the email towards the bottom.

I can delete every notification that comes,but they just keep coming.I must have subscribe to it somewhere but now I can't find where to get out of it.BTW I can't see anything on the end that would say to unsubscribe.
