My phone is connected to the wifi but I cannot access to any apps which need connection, what could the problem be?

my phone is connected to the wifi but cannot access to any apps which need connection

My phone shown is connected to wifi but whenever I open any apps ,like youtube,that needed connection ,it would say do not have network connection and sometimes it would not show the sign 'connected' so I waited as it shows 'connecting.....'but it did not connect to the network

Can other devices connect to the same network? Just in case check if date & time are correct in the settings.
