Why won't my phone start and I get security error message LG-e 4501?

my phone will not start. security error message LG-e 450f

Cannot enter my user mode. Screen comes up security error message then shuts down. Cannot reboot, update or hard reset into guest mode. Wat should I do as I have no back up or pc suit.

Hi, have you tried accessing your phone through Android Device Manager?
