My Tablet is now locked

My tablet has been locked because of supposedly inappropriate web browsing,
I believe this is a virus such as - PCeU virus

Hi, welcome to the forums! Does the problem persist after a reboot? What kind of message do you get when you try to unlock it?

Start your tablet up in safe mode and uninstall the app you installed that contains this malware and reboot normally
