How to clear my removed apps and users

I just checked my phones data usage....it shows tht almost 4 gb of my memory is been used by removed apps and users...whn i clicked it....it showed tht 0 mb is being used in foreground....but 4 gb in background...this thing is using my phones memory...plzz tell me a way to clear it.

Hi, can you register as a user and post some screen shots so we can have a look? I don't see how a removed app can still be using memory? it might have left behind some old files perhaps??
