Why are apps using old location data?

I have changed my work location, but my apps continue to give my answers to searches based on my old location. I have deleted the location history, I have cleared data for all the apps that query location data, I have insured that the location is set for high accuracy. Nothing works. The only application that seems to get the current location correct is the weather application. Any ideas?

Where did you change your Work location? If you go into Maps on a web browser, does the new address show up there?

I feel stupid now, I post this question, and the phone starts using the correct information!
