I can't get texts with picture attachments. What settings are needed to get the pictures coming back?

Not sure what device you have, but you should be able to go into the settings in your text app. There should be a setting that says MMS or receive MMS. Make sure that is selected. You should be able to send and receive pictures when that is activated. Make sure your mobile data is on and also double check that this service is available on your phone plan.
