"Sync is currently experiencing issues" Help?

Ever since I set up my Robin last night, my contacts are refusing to sync from Outlook and even the gmail app itself. My emails sync just fine but my contacts aren't. I removed my Outlook account, thinking that I can easily add it back but it's refusing to actually authenticate.

I don't know what to do, help? I would rather not factory reset my device but if it will make this work the way it should, I'll do it even though I'm at work. Ugh.

I found a workaround. In case anyone is here wondering the same thing, this worked for me after many many removals of accounts. Ugh.

Unfortunately, the calendar sync is now broken. We will cross that bridge when we get to it though. Contact sync is way more important than calendar sync for me.
