How to answer or take phone calls via tablet?

i have a samsung tab 4 tablet with wifi only.
it is connected in my car and i want the calls from my phone (nexus 6) to appear on the tablet screen,
i also want to make calls from the tablet (that will go out from the phone)

searched the mighty google but all i come up with is how to make free calls from tablet,
i don't want this, i just want to "control" my phone via tablet.

Welcome back! That might be a little hard. I'm only aware of the ScreenShare app, but I don't think that shares the calling function.

One possible workaround is to use your phone as a wi-fi tether, connect the tablet to the phone via wi-fi, and then use Google Voice or Hangouts Dialer to make the call.
