Reported recently by Ars Technica and picked up by Gizmodo. Check out iFixit's teardown of the N4, specifically Step 17. It shows the Qualcomm WTR1605L, a seven-band LTE chip (FCC document).

Didn't see this posted up here, so I thought I'd take the opportunity. Shoutout to NJAP for pointing out that the power requirements and antennas aren't present, but that doesn't necessarily mean the chip is irrelevant in other ways.
