    Default Nexus 4's LTE Chip

Reported recently by and picked up by . Check out iFixit's teardown of the N4, specifically . It shows the Qualcomm WTR1605L, a seven-band LTE chip ().

Teal-colored, towards the top-left of the board.

Didn't see this posted up here, so I thought I'd take the opportunity. Shoutout to NJAP for pointing out that the power requirements and antennas aren't present, but that doesn't necessarily mean the chip is irrelevant in other ways.
Represent yourself well; you never know what might happen. And try out the new Android Central app!

    Softbricking be damned.

    Already been discussed.

No LTE antenna, no power amplifier, not going to happen.
