Has anyone successfully replaced the N7 screen and digitizer?

I bought a screen/digitizer and thought I had it connected correctly, but it still doesn't work. I've actually tried the screen on two different N7's with broken screens. Both flashed green, but in different places. I finally took it apart again, thinking I didn't get something connected right, and now the N7 doesn't power up at all.

Just curious if anyone has been able to replace the screen and digitizer and get a working N7 again.
