Unrooting. Explanation please

alright so i rooted a few days ago and made a nandroid backup of my stock rom. i am currently using Cyanogemod 6.1 RC2 with chad's kernel. When i load up into HBOOT it says "S-OFF". since gingerbread has been announced i would like to unroot and have S-ON so i can upgrade to gingerbread. can someone please explain how to unroot and get s-on. i want my phone to be stock again with no trace of rooting so that i can get the OTA.

Dude your gonna need root to run gingerbread. The official ain't coming yet .

Yea I know but when it does I'm going to want to upgrade. As for now I'd like to know how to unroot to stock with s-on so I can be prepared
