LGG3 Vigor died and won't charge, what should I do?

LGG3 Vigor died and won't charge

My phone died and I plugged it in but alls it's doing is saying "0%" with the little picture of plugging the charger in and then the led flashes for a minute and then it goes to the battery with the loading thing in the middle but it doesn't move and then it does it over again every 10 minutes or so. It's been on the charger for about 2 hours. I tried taking the battery out and switching chargers and outlets. Nothing is working and I'm getting frustrated. Please help

You've tried a different USB lead, and checked that the USB port seems clean and undamaged?
If so, trying a new battery, or at least having the present one tested, may be the best next step.
