Has anyone already received there promotional items from purchasing the LG G4 yet or have a scheduled delivery date for them? I just got my LG G4 and am currently filling out the rebate form, I see that it asks for a picture of your IMEI number as well as your receipt from purchase. I've put my receipt from AT&T in my scanner and going to upload that as well as take a picture with my phone of the box the phone came in that has the IMEI number on the side. I'm assuming this is sufficient for them as proof of purchase. I'm especially looking forward to the microsd card since my current one is only 8GB.

I tried to do this online a few times today and on 2 different browsers and got webpage database errors....wondering if they are having load issues on their site...will try again tomorrow. I did the same as you, took a pic of the box with the IMEI info and a copy of the invoice....
I did it online and I got a confirmation email saying that it would take 5 days to process to see if all my paperwork was in order. I filled it out on Monday as soon as I got it, so I'm hoping tomorrow or by Saturday I get an email on when they're gonna ship it out. I have a nagging feeling they don't send emails over the weekend.

"We are excited to have you on board as the newest owner of the LG G4!
We have received your submission for the Free 32GB microSD card, battery and battery charging cradle and are currently processing the information. Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email letting you know the approval status of your submission within the next 5 business days."
It also give a you a submission id number.

I've just completed my submission as well, how did you get a 128GB card though? The website says 32GB.
Just finished filling out the form for the T-Mobile promotion for the free 128gb SD card. No errors with the website. Should hear something in 5 days. Really hope I did it all right. Had to do the scanner method for the receipt too as I couldn't find an online copy anywhere. Pic of the box should be OK, as long as IMEI is readable.

It would be great if people would come back to this thread and post the length of time between submitting the promo claim and actually getting the goods. I received my phone yesterday and submitted today. I have this nagging concern that they won't actually start shipping until after the promo closes. But that may just be my pessimism rearing its ugly head.
I'm glad I came here when I did. Girl at T-Mobile was nice and professional as can be but when I asked her about the promotion she said it was for pre-order units only. I wouldn't have found out about it if I didn't get bored and decide to do some research.
EDIT: OK so apparently the promotion was for pre-orders only. Oh well, I submitted it anyways. Maybe they will overlook it. That would be pretty freakin sweet.

Indeed, that would give us an idea on how long we have to wait. I expect that it will be by sometime next month at least, maybe later depending on if they run out or not. I hope if they run out we just have to wait until more get manufactured and they don't just cancel it instead. I figure that they will ship out the first ones to the people who first submitted theirs. Since according to the email "Please be on the lookout for a confirmation email letting you know the approval status of your submission within the next 5 business days." that leads me to believe that once they check them to be eligible claims they will start shipping. That's just what I figure though, I could be wrong of course.

UPDATE: Just looked up the status online of my 128GB card and it shows APPROVED! Who knows when they will ship it out.
For records sake I took a picture of my emailed receipt and a picture of my box IMEI and they both got approved. The 32gb card and free battery still shows pending.
I submitted both of these on May 28th in the afternoon pacific time.

I submitted my claim last Friday the 29th and haven't heard anything. Today would be the 5th business day since submitting. Hopefully I'll hear something soon. I was number 1200 something.

I never got an email saying I'm approved yet but I checked my status manually and it shows approve. Perhaps there's a delay in the email going out?
