Does the camera have a setting to disable geo-tagging?
Is that an Android question rather than a G4 question?
I am considering getting a G4 and this is important to me.
Also, I was reading in the User Guide that GPS is turned on with apps that need it. That's good with Maps, but what if it applies to Camera?
Can GPS be explicitly toggled? With my current phone, I am used to explicitly turning GPS on and off as needed (I have a shortcut to do so on a home screen) to preserve battery. I like that control and awareness.
Now that I think of it, there are multiple locations a camera could use (gps, verizon , google location) for geo-tagging. So its more important to be able to turn it all off in the camera.
