Marshmallow wi-fi calling won't activate - FIX

Had an issue where wifi calling would not enable. I had de-bloated some time ago and disabled the Verizon Login service.

Re-enabled it, and voila!

When you say "won't activate", you couldn't move the slider to ON and set the emergency address and such? Or it just wasn't turning on after setting WiFi calling to 'On'?

I've activated it, but have no clue if it's working. I'm not up to date on the WiFi calling feature yet (I've read VZW's info for the update, but still not quite understanding it/when it's working).

When I first clicked activate, it said "might take a few minutes", spun, and ultimately came back with "unable to activate".

This is pre-slider, pre-address set, pre-EULA.
