Has anyone had this happen?

Hi folks...just happened tonight and has never happened where I had to pull the battery..put it back in... in order for the phone to respond.

A few years ago on a Samsung S2 that I pulled the battery on daily. Not on the LG V10.... Yet.
Can be a multitude of things, but anything in particular you were running? Or recently installed?

Well on the FB group a few people had it happen. I'm not sure what did it.

Yup, on quite a few devices. Perfectly normal for an electronic device.

Only once.

The screen responded out of black for 1 second - then right back to black screen. I let it sit for a few minutes, yet did the same thing ... so a battery pull, press the On/Off button a couple times ... then battery in and re-start.

I've done this a few times with all my phones over the years .... come to think of it, I've done this with my computers too.

It's the Guaranteed Reset Button. ;- )

I believe that the V10 is long overdue for a software update, maybe soon. :-\
