When calling other person can not hear me

Hello,
I have a LG V10. Bought it 13 months ago and I'm very happy with it. But....
When I'm calling the other person can't hear me. I can hear the other person. When I'm calling with Whatsapp I don't have a problem. Also when video recording the voice is also being recorded. Why is this happening? Can anyone please help me? What should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! The primary mic may be blocked or faulty. Can they hear you if you're on speakerphone? Speakerphone and other apps like WhatsApp use the secondary mic (the one at the top of the phone).

Check the primary mic opening to see if it's clogged with any debris. If you have a case on, take it off and see if that helps.

In call settings make sure these are unchecked. I've found that some of these settings to make your sound better makes it harder for callers to hear you
