The cache?

Does anyone know if clearing your own "cache" more than 1 time a week has any negatives? I like all my "temporary internet files" off my phone. In my own mind my V20 will run faster without them. What are your opinions? Is this a waste of time or does it have advantages??

A cache clear can be helpful if you are experiencing issues. But it isn't something to really be done on a regular basis.

My question still stands? Is there any harm clearing the "cache" more than 1 time a week?

Not exactly 'harm', but your apps will take longer to open and load, the phone will use more resources (battery, CPU cycles, internet access ...) and, in general, it will perform less smoothly. See this guide for some information about cache.
