Try ZVD. I think it's just a problem with ZVC. I wish i could be more help, but i have like 20+ pages i need to fill out for this internship.

ZVD Recovery won't work.
Neither will ZVC Recovery. Does it need to be at more charge then 10% because then it has a reason.

Yep, there's an inforced 15%. I put that in there to prevent shutdown during formats.

Why?
Flash ZVD, charge to over %15, go into panda recovery through terminal emulator, mount system, flash miui zip
You don't need stock recovery.

It wouldn't work so I'ma try what you said but with out the Panda.

I seriously doubt that the stock recovery will help at all. You are doing something wrong, don't blame panda recovery.

I've fixed your little enter the fastboot issue, but you need to flash to ZVD, and then flash this in PandaRecovery. DO NOT WIPE ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOU CAN BOOT. THAT MEANS NO DATA WIPE , SYSTEM WIPE , CACHE , ANYTHING UNTIL YOU'RE BOOTED SUCCESSFULLY IN ZVI.

PandaRecovery works in ZVD, and the rom has PandaRecovery in the update already, so when you install you'll be on ZVI with PandaRecovery.

So I unplugged battery (I had no choice) and now I get a blue screen that says:
