tried it. didnt like all the google + intergration stuff. so I downloaded the aosp sms and use that in combination with whatsapp.

I think someone here on the forums turned me on to quickpic to use instead of Gallery. It enables you to hide folders like album art and that annoying folder with nothing in it thats on 4.4.2. also a big plus for me is you can move images to other folders with it.

We have 2 Audi's and my nexus 5 works well with them. but I also dont have hundreds of contacts like OP.

well I'll throw the question out there. is there a native way to change the wallpaper on the lockscreen while not changing the default wallpaper on the homescreen? I didnt have to look for alternatives because my previous phone the One had the option.
