Anyone know how to disable this vibration when selecting a contact in the conversation list. Ive tried all the standard setting to disable vibrate but not alleviating it... I guess I can learn to deal but I tend to not like haptic/vibration for this kind of thing... JF

Ok, so when I am prompted to pay, the device is unlocked and I place over NFC. I get a subtle vibration but nothing happens. The transaction times out and I look at the cashier and we try again. This time the phone now prompts me to unlock my phone(even tho it already is) and the swipe pattern...

I thought the screen lock was going to be a pain as well but i put a lock delay of 30 min and no problems. You can delay lock up to 50min. I always check my phone sometime b/w then so only rarley do I have to unlock if phone near me...try it!

I like the android pay app also. Does the app need to be open to use? I havent used it more than 10 times but I feel like I have to have the app open to use. Its either that or I have zero finesse...yet.

Does anyone know the purpose of the two step process for silencing the 5.0 device? Its on my tablet and I have to admit, I like the old way to just push vol down til silent...

That lag sounds annoying. It happend to a tablet I updated to 5.0 and was annoying. I thought it had to do with bigger cards etc...Im still on fence re update to 5.0

I have to agree as well best device i have ever had. Other than the weight and not having a 'cool' fingerprint unlock feature, its awesome. Im kind of joking about the finger print thing but since everyone else is doing it... Pics kinda on the fringe tho, but I manage. I will upgrade to 5.0...

Hello, Basically, occasionally I am having issues where callers cant hear me. Seems to be increasing and if I power off the phone it works again. I think its somehow related to bluetooth but havent pinned it down yet. I have rec'd conflicting info from Verizon. One rep says factory reset then...

They cant hear me on speaker as well. Havent tried headset yet. I chatted w Verizon and they said this was not a known issue. They wanted me to clear cache and they were going to reset from their end but I held off thinking android central would know something considering the whole bluetooth issue.

OK, its happened 3-4 times now where callers just can't hear me. Its random and It doesn't have to be on Bluetooth. I haven't updated to 5.0 yet. I don't recall any settings changes I've done recently. If I turn phone off it will work on reboot. I wish I can give more info etc but its...
