I think I have determined that my SD card is corrupted. Files appear to have been written and then a moment later are no longer valid. It happened with a backup this afternoon as well. I'm going to try to back it up and format it.

As with many things, naked looks and feels better but I'd rather be protected. I don't mind my defender at all.

I believe the easiest action would be to adjust which apps are "private" and which aren't. Any private app won't put a notification there. Not sure if you can make private the default though. Don't ask me how to do all that though. Patiently waiting for Rogers to catch up.

Just noticed this after running Smart Cleaning for the first time and most of the apps it wanted to delete were the pre-installed ones and it seems to have rid my phone of 100MB of them. Hooray!
