I think you can still preorder on sites like wirefly or studentdiscount and maybe still go to bestbuy or radio shack.

Landscape for me also because when I am not on a call I am mostly checking emails, on the web or playing a game to pass time on the train. Only time i'll proably use the capacitive buttons is to take a quick glance at the screen or answer a call.

I think there will be lines in certain places but most of us on these forums have already reserved or preordered so we can pick them up at our leisure. Unless being the first one with a shiny new Epic in hand or being the first at the store is ones cup of tea. ;)

+1 without checking the tech specs, the Pre never seemed overly thick when closed or open. I haven't had a chance to check out an intercept(not that I really want to) but any thickness relative to the Pre is a win in my book especially when more screen real estate factored in.

Have you seen the device in person if it is thinner than the Pre like you say, I am definitely sold. I'm going to buy it anyway but the only worry I really had was that it would be too thick. The Pre is not thick at all IMO so if the Epic is thinner "happy happy, joy joy"

My Pre is launch day and the only thing that has messed up on it is that flimsy microusb latch. I was kinda glad when it finally fell off cause then I didn't have baby it anymore lol.

Sorry about the oversight, do you have preware installed on your Pre? If so you have to install the "send all contacts vial Email" patch then it will show up. If not it is pretty easy to install. I took for granted most Pre users have installed and patched their Pre.
