Appears to have fixed it. At least in my immediate testing.

Its rolled out for the unlocked Note 9. Not carrier versions. The S9/S9+ all rolled out together - right? Carrier and unlocked. Which leads me to believe that they wont be rolling it out to the carrier versions of the Note.

I was considering Jumping my Note 9 on T-Mobile to the S9+ simply so I could check out the Beta. But I dont want to do that if the Beta isnt available anymore. Anyone know if its still open? Or how to check that? Unrelated - I dont understand why the Beta was made available for some carrier...

Are you guys who are receiving all on unlocked devices? Just using the T-Mobile network? If so, wouldnt that mean that its just rolling out to the unlocked devices now, irrespective of carrier? Not actual T-Mobile Note 9s. I'm on a T-Mobile Note 9 and got nothing.

Could you comment on the overall system fluidity? I know the P20 Pro suffers from some very specific issues - like stuttering and frame rate drops while using Google Photos. Have you noticed anything similar with the Mate 20 Pro? Is the gesture functionality as fluid as the iPhone X/XS?

So for kicks, downloaded the Rootless Pixel Launcher...and frame rate drops are gone. I'm sure Nova or otherwise would work too. It's Samsungs ****ty launcher. I remember this being an issue with the S8 if I remember right. Eventually Samsung issued an update that corrected it. Def didn't have...

That does nothing beyond simply speeding up the frame drops. And I'm not trying to use developer option "solutions" for a $1k phone anyway.
