HELP. Camera Flash Stuck on

I was unsuccessfully trying taking some happy snaps of our roly poly puppy, inside at night so the flash was being used. then the flash got stuck on like a flash light.

Exited the camera App and the Light was still on.
Tried opening the camera App again, but it opened an error window.

Powered the phone off... Light still on even though phone was off.

Restarted the phone ... Light still on.

Entered back into the camera App. Then the light finally turned off.

This is the second time the camera App has frozen or done something unusual.

wierd.

Any suggestions ???

Did you try a hard reset?
(Hold power and Vol. down)

Didn't know about that one.

Thought Power and Vol down takes a screen shot. Or is that Power and Vol up?

All you have to do is hold power button for 10 seconds and it will turn off.
