I love my new Moto G but there's one problem. Many of my earbuds do not work with my Moto G. I mainly use the $20-$30 skull candy earbuds because they are cheap and have controls and a mic. However, they do not work properly with my G, nor do 1 other set of earbuds (forget the brand, sony maybe?).
When I plug them in I get sound in 1 ear only. If I push it in HARD and hold it in I get sound in both ears but the instant I let go it's back to 1 ear. The only earbuds I can get to work properly are ironically the Apple Earpods. I'm wondering if my phone is broken or if the phone is just not compatible with the brands I'm choosing (which doesn't make much sense).
