Apps Keep Failing To Respond

Okay so I'm using dalvik and my apps lately have been constantly stating failure to respond and then they just shut down........ It's starting to get very annoying, any ideas?

Yes, more noticeably so as of the last few weeks.......starting to get real annoying.

Yeah I'm also having a lot of issues as of recently. Switching to ART fixed some.

I've been on ART and that seemed worse so I switched back to Dalvik......Probably gonna try a factory reset but need to save a bunch a stuff first.
