Does the Moto X Style have "Always Listening" functionality?

My only must have feature is always listening. Does this have always listening? Otherwise I keep my Turbo.

All Moto phones should have this wonderful feature. Can't see this being any different and have read reports that it will

The new Moto X has it, the Moto G does not. Moto Voice is the only feature that they didn't make available to the G as I believe it requires a certain level of Snapdragon processor which I am sure the 410 does not have.
