Hi, I'm new here. Today my 2 year old managed to do a factory reset on my maxx, wiping out roughly 28 gigs of photos, videos, files, and texts. I thought I was set up to google+ but apparently I was wrong. I've read that you can recover data and that you can't.
So far I've tried using Wondershare Data Recovery (on my mac), 2 random android recovery programs on a PC and Recuva on the PC. My phone shows as a portable device, not a removable drive. I tried deleting the drivers on the PC and reinstalling, along with a restart here and there, but no change.
Please tell me there's a way I can access the data! I haven't done anything to the phone since it was reset except go through the welcome screen to get into the developer section and turn on debugging.
