Front Facing Camera Question

So I've noticed when I use my front facing camera that in certain lighting conditions, there's like this glare bubble that appears. I've had a lot of phones and taken a dumb amount of selfies to know this doesn't normally happen but I just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue. I'll try to post a picture of it. It just shows up and you have to move to a different lighting or it won't go away lol. Not the biggest deal but gets annoying at times.

Here. So there's the glare but now I'm noticing it's reflecting God knows what to my face as well. Do you see it?!
