Stuck on loading screen even after re installing

Hello guys, not sure if i can post it here or there is a category(im new to this forum) but i have a problem as my title says. While loading it always stucks under the loading letter G always there!!
I did everything from turning on airplane mode, to signing out , restarting etc etc i uninstalled it and re installed it in hopes it will fix it..but no! still stucks on the specific spot!
is there anything i can do to fix it? its driving me crazy i usually leave the app open during night when im sleeping on the phones background , does it affect it in any way?

Welcome to the forums!
Which device are you using?
Did you clear the cache of the app and / or device prior to reinstalling the app?
Leaving the app open sometimes messes with my location and whether or not pokemon are nearby.

Please list your device and we can go from there.
