With all these new phones coming out with big batteries, I can't help but wonder why the big boys consistently ignore this issue. They seem to be focusing on quick charging instead. It's especially disconcerting when most batteries are non removable!!
I for one would like a larger battery and more emphasis on call quality. Who cares if you can take a picture of a fleas **** hair if the battery died quickly and you can't hear the person calling you on the other end?

Bigger batteries are heavier, and it may be that the big manufacturers think the vast majority of users want a slim and light phone (just like certain fruity phones :p ).

Most flagship devices that came out this year had absolutely huge batteries, ~3000 mAh is big in a phone. It seriously hasn't been very long since 2000 mAh was big and teens was normal.
