My Samsung Galaxy A5 won't charge or turn on

Please help. I have a problem with my phone. I wasn't able to use it for a couple of
days and left it off, but when I tried to turn it on today it won't work anymore.
Expected it to be drained so I tried to charge it using the original charger and
still after 2 hours of being plugged in it does not show any sign/icon that
it's charging. :'(

Hi, has the phone suffered any water damage or has it been dropped? if the phone isn't turning on at all then you might have to take it to a repair shop as there isn't much we can offer in the way of assistance.

Have you tried a different charger encase that's the issue?

thanks for the quick response. unfortunately no, I just left it in my dresser

I have not tried using a different charger but I had tried charging my other
phone using that charger and it works okay.

That's a shame - if you can't get the phone to take a charge using the original charger or a 2nd one then it's time to get it sent off for repair. Try speaking to Samsung, the device might be under warranty.
