I gut tells me our awesome tablet is going to be forgotten

Realistically a lot of devs have shown interest, but to your point, they do state that they plan on doing so IF they can raise enough money to get a tablet of their own. But root's already been achieved, Chainfire is working on a 'fix' for the Knox "eFuse" (if you root, right now there's no way you can 'delete' the root/flash counter so Sammy knows you've tampered with the device), and I've seen a couple of devs (including the one responsible for the root method) to show interest in developing custom ROMs for this tablet.

Now, I only wish the MultiWindow hack would come soon enough for this

I think what he is trying to say is App Development that's dedicated specifically for the 10.1 (2014). Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

I think that's where he's going for, too... ROMs, hacks, specific apps, etc. Samsung should give out Developer Editions to, well, developers hehe Just like they send review units to media, they should spend a few bucks on Developers.
