Anyone know how to have apps auto sync with 10.1 2014 from Galaxy S3?

I added my girlfriend as a 2nd user on my note 2014 and I had her log into her Google and Samsung account and her apps aren't auto downloading like they did when I set the tablet up for the first time. Is this possible with a 2nd user? Any help would be great!
