Yes it should work. It also works pretty well on quite a lot of s3's now. Well I've had quite a few reports of it working
There's a few that still need to work around issues.

Ah....I like the air view feature. I'll pass till they get that fixed.

you can still use air view. it turns it off upon installation but then you just go in and turn air view back on in the settings. it doesn't interfere with light flow. this is also posted on the light flow website as well if you look under the samsung galaxy note 2 section of the support page.

Lightflow now works for the S3.
