logo won't come out on galaxy note 2

I charged my battery and when i turn my galaxy note 2 on,i gets stuck on the samsung logo and won't go on,I tried taking the battery out for a few seconds,i tried holding on,volume and home buttons at the same time,and the same thing happened.can anyone help me turn my phone on?

What did you do with your phone before this happened? Is it fully charged? Did you download any new apps? Did you root the device? Please give some details so that we can best help. You said you pulled the battery for a few seconds. Try leaving the battery out for at least 30 seconds.
