S Pen on my note 3 isn't working

I don't know what's wrong with this phone. The s pen doesn't work at all. I even buy the new one but it still the same. The air command is shown, but if i touch the screen with my s pen, it's not working. I tried the s pen on my brother's phone (he's note 3 user too) and it works so well like nothings wrong. I've checked the settings too but it's no use. Fyi, i got this issues when i started to update my note 3 to the latest version(lollipop), anyone can help?

Is "Air Command" turned on in Settings?
