Handwriting input response time setting??

Hi all

Im looking for the settings where I can change the response time for the S Pen when inputting with handwriting recognition

Im finding that Im still writing a word when it tries to recognise and change the handwriting into text, its too quick for me!

For the life of me I cannot find the settings for this

any one know??
